About the song: Karla “stumbled across” the music to this song. She was playing her piano and her fingers slipped on the keys. Her son Ryan was nearby and told her that he liked the sound of the unplanned-for chord. So she continued to fiddle with the chords just to please Ryan.

We know now that the music she was playing wasn’t a mistake. A song was born that day. The words about living a fearless life because God is hiding us, came later.
